I bought a New Chevy Silverado in 2020, Then a 2018 Malibu in 2021 and now a 2025 Equinox thus spending over $110,000.00 with this GM Dealership. On the 2020 Silverado when taken in for an oil change Malibu in 2021 and now a 2025 Equinox thus spending over $110,000.00 with this GM Dealership. On the 2020 Silverado when taken in for an oil change they couldn't rotate the tires because they claim the lug nuts were too tight and they don't allow their service techs enough air pressure to tear anything up... Then on our Malibu we had it back in 3 or 4 times over the radio and one excuse after the other the radio still malfunctioning even after my extended warranty company purchased a new one that should have had a factory warranty. I ended up trading that car because of the radio issues but wasn't going to go back to Champion until I was promised by their Service Gura Jim Schrage that everything would be worked out.. Well Yesterday I called Champion Chevrolet because my 2020 Silverado broke down stranding me. I called and spoke to someone in service and asked him to look up my extended warranty info which he said didn't exist. He promised to call me back because I was stranded. After a few hours I called back and was put through to Jim Schrage's direct line where I left a voicemail explaining the same and pleading for a call back.. Needless to say.. I never got a call back, I had to have my truck towed to a different GM Dealer who was courteous enough to take care of the problem through my extended warranty.. Long story short.. I spent over $110,000.00 with Champion Chevrolet out of Avon, Indiana over the past 5 years and all I ever received from them was lies, excuses, and the cold shoulder.. Buyer Beware, I was lied to by their business manager, finance manager, sales manager and numerous times by their service manager.. I will never dart their door again and you would do good to stay away as they are quick to tell you anything until you pay... Then its cold shoulder time, or you could be stranded like I was and they couldn't even show me the respect to call me back to say they had nothing for me... More

I brought my company vehicle into the dealership to have issues diagnosed and repairs made - a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse. The Service Advisor was polite and I've utilized this dealership for nearly five (5) y issues diagnosed and repairs made - a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse. The Service Advisor was polite and I've utilized this dealership for nearly five (5) years without a complaint. This interaction ended quite differently. I picked my vehicle up and paid nearly $2,000 for "repairs" for diagnostic issues that supposedly were fixed. The Service Advisor told me that the vehicle had a dirty injector and that they cleaned it and ran an engine treatment through the system. The evening I picked it up the issues reappeared and due to an event I had to utilize the vehicle the next day. I had made arrangements to return it to the service department for further evaluation upon my return. The vehicle's state worsened as I drove it and it ended up stranding me in Ohio late at night. After getting home (from another state) I picked up my personal vehicle and inquired about how Champion planned to get my Traverse back from Ohio - seeing as it was worse than it was when I dropped it off the first time. The Service manager told the advisor I needed to get it to another dealership (the closest) - not possible when it's not drivable. I will deal with the vehicle's repairs on my own and will not return to the Champion Chevrolet Service Department again. More

2nd vehicle in 6 months from David Snoddy. David is very thorough in his knowledge and has always respectful and helpful during the sales process and after.
