My daughter and I were traveling and had car trouble. After calling another dealership that said it would be 24-48 hours, I called Champion. I talked to Diana Adam’s-Carter and explained the situation. She also told me that they were booked but would check too see if they could do anything. She called me back and told me to come by that they would hook it up and see what it said. It turned out to not be a huge deal but their team was amazingly sweet. They checked it out and explained the possibility but thought we were good to go. Since we are not “regular” customers I feel that this really shows how much they truly care about helping people.
