J I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! This is the second car I am leasing from Klaben Ford Lincoln and I could not be more excited! Jim Valesky was phenomenal! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. I knew with the lease on my 2015 Ford Escape coming to an end, I wanted to stay within the Ford family and continue driving an Escape. I visited the dealership on a Saturday just to look around a bit and think about my lease end options. I ended up test driving a 2018 Escape and fell in love with it. Jim was wonderful, did not pressure me to make the decision that day, but I knew I wanted the car. The following Monday I said goodbye to my 2015 Escape and picked up my 2018 Escape! More
