Financing was our next step, Noel found me the financing at a great rate at Pawtucket CU with all the numbers just rite with all the discounts and incentives I was qualified for. Within just a few hours my vehicle (2017 Bighorn 1500 RAM) was ready to take. Before I drove it off the lot Sherm gave me the grand tour of all departments and I was introduced to all the players is service. Jim V is the service manager with decades of experience and a former Marine, I then new I was in good hands. This is a Veteran friendly dealership that treats all customers well. I've always hated going to car dealerships but this time was very different my salesman Al was great and made my car buying experience very pleasant and I would recommend Elmwood and Al Torres to any of my family and friends and anyone looking to buy a new vehicle and I will definatly go back and see Al for my next purchase! I recently just ran into a MAJOR REPAIR on that same DODGE and got a QUOTE.... WELL I called ELMWOOD & told them there is just NO WAY I could afford that right now but I did need the car back. Well the FINE FOLKS there including Dede Silva & Jim Verdoia looked into this matter.
