I asked for an inspection while my car was in service and they told me nothing about the car and they didn’t refill my oil either after replacing the oil pressure switch which is at a low elevation. Got my car back with practically no oil in it. And a couple scuffs on my front bumper. Now I hear noise coming from the front drivers side. What the xxxx? But besides that it was a good experience. Jim Ziepke walked me through every step and was quick to answer all questions. I had trucks dropped off in my driveway for test drives and nearly all paperwork was done remotely. Mr. Ziepke and the staff were looking out for my safety and well being through the entire process, and was very open and honest to make sure I got the best deal possible.
