I had unexpected engine trouble in sub zero weather with my mom and three show dogs in the car! Worried I woke me stuck on the interstate in 30 below windchill I made a frantic call regarding getting in fo my mom and three show dogs in the car! Worried I woke me stuck on the interstate in 30 below windchill I made a frantic call regarding getting in for service to see if they could diagnose the issue. Jimmy in service was immediately helpful, they got my car in immediately and were so gracious about the three animals we had with us. Ultimately, I made the decision to purchase a difficult vehicle. We worked with Todd and he made the purchasing process so stress free! They wrote me a VERY fair offer in a situation where frankly I didn’t have a lot of negotiating power. There was no pressure, tons of patience and ultimately they were able to get me on the road that evening with exactly the type of vehicle I wanted. They stayed late, helped us transfer all of our gear and just made what could have been a really xxxx experience fun and enjoyable! Thank you so much to all involved! More

Only fixed engine leak under warranty after Mazda found a significant leak. It should have been fixed before they sold it. Found problem with heater fan after 3rd visit and keeping car 3 days warranty will significant leak. It should have been fixed before they sold it. Found problem with heater fan after 3rd visit and keeping car 3 days warranty will cover it. Unable to determine problem with poor cabin heat. They refuse to even flush heater core with warranty I have repeatedly let them know it is blowing cold air on my feet. Mazda confirmed it takes longer to heat than it should. I will go somewhere else and get a thermostat and other work needed completed. They do a good job on what they are able to determine for themselves though. Stacey is very friendly and helpful 5 stars. Jimmy is ok 4 star and Dane actually says the problem does not exist giving impression he thinks cold air on my feet does not exist. He is the reason for the lower rating, as well as a tech with 30 years of experience not able or willing to find the issues. The nature of their warranty when buying a car from them is frustrating if their staff won't confirm the problem. Which is also a problem. It does cost more to have Honda work on the car than it costs at Mazda. Prices are a bit extreme. More

Service Advisor Casey went above and beyond to propose a good solution for a recurring problem we’ve been tracking; and insure I’d be able to bring my car home before a snowstorm and polar vortex. He did th good solution for a recurring problem we’ve been tracking; and insure I’d be able to bring my car home before a snowstorm and polar vortex. He did this while managing staff shortages due to COVID and flu, etc. I can always depend on Luther Honda’s service advisors and techs! Thank you! More
