It’s always a pleasure to shop at Exeter Subaru. Ann Italia was helpful at having all the paperwork ready for us and also showing / explaining all the great features on our new vehicle. The only bad experience I had was getting my car registered with the town. Inspection sticker should have been my birth month. It took many attempts to finally get it right and had to pay for dupl registered with the town. Inspection sticker should have been my birth month. It took many attempts to finally get it right and had to pay for duplicate documention so the town could register the car. I asked several times for the documentation needed. It was not given to me. So the purchase of the car was a positive experience. The adminstrative part not so much. More

Jimmy was very easy to work with as most of our transactions were over the phone. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the lengthy time it took with a cash transaction ie going over “add on’s” we transactions were over the phone. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the lengthy time it took with a cash transaction ie going over “add on’s” we declined I would have preferred to have them emailed prior to picking up the vehicle. No reflection on this dealership I know they all do this! More
