After ten months, 296 points of contact, too many test drives to count, and multiple Exeter Subaru associates. You finally found a car that you liked. Because of the smoke smell, we suggested you leave a deposit while we try to remedy. You wanted to move forward with the purchase and insisted it would be fine. You wanted to put a rush on this because you only had the next day to register before departing on vacation. You then registered the car in the state of Massachusetts making it officially yours. Upon arrival to pick up your new car, you and your husband (who was not present the day before), were inspecting the car and checking the outcome of the odor removal. While you were doing this, he was smoking a cigarette! We did nothing wrong and were nothing but respectful throughout the ten month process. As for me, I told you I couldn't meet with you because I had to meet my daughter. I told you we could talk on Monday in regards to the situation, you refused. I wish you had never registered the car so we could have been able to take it back and move on. - Darren Coute

No, this is all false and it’s irrelevant that my husband was not there when I purchased the vehicle since that is simply the condescending attitude you have towards women. Believe it or not, the fact that I am a female doesn’t make me incapable of making my own decisions on purchases or anything else. The fact of how long I have been searching or test driving vehicles isn’t any concern of yours and if it were you should have said so when trying your hardest to sell me a vehicle. The registration could have easily been canceled out but you people flat out refused to have me cancel the deal since that vehicle was sitting in your possession for over 130 days. My husband doesn’t smoke anywhere indoors either and again has little to do with anything. Threatening to throw someone off your premises and call police speaks volumes to the type of dealership you run there. Filled with false accusations on top of everything else. Monday would have been too late to make a return on your 3 day money back guarantee on any vehicle purchased. Anyone who cares to contact me on my honest review and dealings my do so.

Petko, you purchased a BEAUTIFUL 19 year old car with ridiculously low miles, that is mechanically perfect. There was no bait and switch. Bait and switch is a term used when there is an ad vehicle that cannot actually be purchased. There was a pricing mistake that you were made aware of BEFORE you traveled over an hour to get here. You test drove the vehicle, we negotiated, we did not force you make the purchase. Your phone call and email were not responded to due to the ultimatums proposed. Threats of slanderous reviews and false claims do not warrant a "customer service" response.

There is no false claims. The review i posted is all real as well as the not working backrest on both front seats. I did not threaten to write a review, just gave you a chance to avoid it. About the mechanical condition we will see after I have it inspected by someone whom I trust. I’ll post a picture of the receipt for repair on “falsely” claimed not working seats
