Joann helped me so much today! She was able to give me the answers to my questions and I felt the service was great! I brought my car in to service, not even having an appointment because I had a concern for how it was running. Joann was immediately attentive and understanding of my concern and even though booked, s appointment because I had a concern for how it was running. Everyone at this dealership has always gone above and beyond to help us with our vehicles. Circle Infiniti and the staff are the true definition of Customer Service. I had recently moved to the area and was in need of a new service department to call home for my QX60. I visited a few months ago f Customer Service. I had recently moved to the area and was in need of a new service department to call home for my QX60. I visited a few months ago for the first time for a horn replacement and the service and the repairs were amazing no complaints. My latest visit on 10/11/24 was for a check engine light and troubles I was experiencing mid drive on the Garden State Parkway on my way home from work. I immediately called this dealer and spoke with Ms.Joann who was kind, patient and understanding and professional. Ms.Joann advised me to come right in off the parkway, provided a loaner and rectified my issue. I am grateful for the team here and the professionalism of anyone that I encounter down to the porters in the drive. Ms. Ann assisted me for check out when the vehicle was ready, and of course she is always a pleasure as well. Thank you circle Infiniti Service Team.
