Rallye Staff are Simply Amazing! There's no place I'd rather go even if my car doesn't need an oil change! Staff are so AMAZING! Great experience! I love the Lexus experience! The car drives like a dream. I have always owned my own Lexus and have come from a family that has owned, but this is I love the Lexus experience! The car drives like a dream. I have always owned my own Lexus and have come from a family that has owned, but this is my first experience leasing a car. I dealt with Kevin Losee and he was very patient with me and honest and upfront about the cost of the car and explained about the benefits for my needs and why leasing would benefit me. I think its important for a dealership to explain to customers upfront what the expenses are and he did. The manager at this dealership was also very helpful and I find the staff very friendly and accommodating. I like the idea when you go in for service with your car that they have work areas so you don't waste anytime. Joanna Oates is very accommodating in the service department. I love the freshly baked cookies they have during the week when you have your car serviced! Its a nice treat. More
