Absolutely train wreck of an experience. 10/14/25 went to trade my vehicle for a Yukon & drove 3 hrs to this dealership. Paid deposit to hold vehicle- was assured deposit would be refunded d 10/14/25 went to trade my vehicle for a Yukon & drove 3 hrs to this dealership. Paid deposit to hold vehicle- was assured deposit would be refunded day of pickup. So far two weeks later no refund. Dealership also said only partial refund due to scratch on trade in (except new vehicle also has scratch!) also had a payment pulled for our trade in after we traded it in. Our old loan with trade in that we do not have in our hands is still wide open & bank has no pending pay off. Dealership has now sent TWO payoff checks to TWO incorrect address’. Cefcu is a large bank. This should not be happening. We have gotten the complete run around from the dealership staff and finance guy Jake. I have bought so many vehicles and this has never happened. It’s been handled so poorly. Dealership acts like it’s no big deal to be out that much money but to some families it is important. We feel like we have been pushed aside and ignored. I’ve wondered if it’s a joke at this point. I would never do business here again. Still waiting on a call back from dealership. More

We felt welcome from the minute we pulled up to the parking lot. No added pressure Ali just showed us several vehicles and explained all features and differences really well, he was really patient and parking lot. When the car we thought we wanted was a little out of our price range, he went and got his manager to explain that if we chose another car we would not miss out any too many features (just ones we really didn't need). So instead of trying to sell us the most expensive car they worked with us and took the time to explain the difference. Everyone at this dealership is top notch, and they were able to take our Volvo lease off our hands. That was an added bonus. They just make you feel like you are not getting ripped off! The finance guy was great explaining the extra warranty as well, he in no way pressured us to purchase it. Ali put a red bow on the car for me, first time ever getting a bow on a car and I'm 54! That was really nice! More
