I've worked for Ferman BMW/Mini since March 2011. I have been a BMW Service Advisor, BMW Client Advisor and currrently serving as a Finance Manager since October 2016. Prior to coming to Ferman, I was a BMW Service Advisor at another local BMW Dealership for over 4 years. Additionally, I am a retired U.S. Marine Master Sergeant who served 20 years of loyal and faithful service. Tremendous experience! We saw a used Volkswagen Beetle on an internet website and fell in love with it. We immediately called the number listed and it was Ferman Mini in Tam We saw a used Volkswagen Beetle on an internet website and fell in love with it. We immediately called the number listed and it was Ferman Mini in Tampa. After a brief conversation with the sales manager we decided to drive down and look at it the next day. We mad the 500 mile roundtrip to Tampa on Sunday 19 April. The staff was absolutely amazing and the car is beautiful! It was a cash sale and we were in and out in 2:15 (two hours and fifteen minutes) That is a record for us purchasing a vehicle! I can't say enough about this dealership! Chellcey was fantastic in her handling such a last minute sales transaction. The finance guys who did the paperwork were easy with no pressure to purchase add ons. We drove to Tampa to buy a car and ended up meeting some wonderful people and making some good friends as well. All this while maintaining safe "social distancing" practices. We will probably buy more vehicles from Ferman due to the treatment we received regardless of the distance we would have to travel. More
