People there go out of their way to make sure you have all your questions answered ( I was new to BMW.). Also they were very patient when I changed my mind on which car I was interested in several times, all your questions answered ( I was new to BMW.). Also they were very patient when I changed my mind on which car I was interested in several times, and when we finally found the perfect car they had it shipped in the next day from several states away (my guess .. it was in South Carolina).
