I was very impressed with all the Luther Fargo staff. The person we interacted with the most was Dale. Dale was the perfect sales person. He listened, he was patient and he was casual (not pushy in the sligh person we interacted with the most was Dale. Dale was the perfect sales person. He listened, he was patient and he was casual (not pushy in the slightest). He did a great job showing me vehicle features and made sure I understood the process. I knew he wanted the sale, but I also knew he wanted me to find a vehicle I wanted and liked—-not a vibe I got from a competing dealership. My week started out terribly with an accident that totaled my vehicle. It ended great thanks to Dale and his team. I’ve never purchased a new vehicle before, and I would purchase one again from Dale in a heartbeat. The chocolates from a local sweet shop when I picked up my car was unexpected but a great touch. More
