Easy & Seeamless Servicing I have been servicing my 2018 MDX now for 18 months at Rallye Acura - from the time I entered the dealer to buy the MDX to the latest servicing - they I have been servicing my 2018 MDX now for 18 months at Rallye Acura - from the time I entered the dealer to buy the MDX to the latest servicing - they make the process so seamless!! Best experience EVER! I am taking this opportunity to tell anyone who is in the market to buy a car, just how pleasant of an experience I had at Rallye Acura in Manhassett. I am taking this opportunity to tell anyone who is in the market to buy a car, just how pleasant of an experience I had at Rallye Acura in Manhassett. I had been looking for a used car for about a month and in that time had experienced, unfortunately, my fair share of typical “used car salesman” dishonest, lazy, time wasting tactics! “Hey, come on in,” to see the car you called about and drive 20 miles to see it, only to, suspiciously find out the car was “JUST” sold and taken off the lot, “but let me show you this higher-priced one instead,” or “that’s the internet price sir, which means we don’t advertise the actual cost just a number and then we’ll happily add $3000 to the “cost,” just for coming in to see our car.” Thanks, but no thanks! I hate dishonest, sneaky sales tactics! Well that all ended the second I walked into Rallye Acura, and I mean the second I walked in. I was greeted by a lovely, friendly receptionist, Melissa, who made me feel like, not just that I was welcome there, but made to feel so comfortable. Within two minutes the used car manager, Paul Baltazar greeted me, not in a fake, you’re just a possible sale, type of way, he actually engaged me in a legitimate friendly conversation to learn something about me to help assist in trying to find the right car for me, and right away that made me feel like this place was different than everywhere else I had been in the last month. Paul was so nice, so interested in making my experience at Rallye perfect, so professional and so willing to show how different the Rallye experience was compared to everywhere else I’d ever been, and to ultimately show me THE car I had actually inquired about. I was there to look at a specific Acura MDX they had JUST posted on their website that fit my desired price range, low mileage and quality. Paul then introduced me to their top salesman Danny Park, and just to cut to the chase, I told my wife later that night, I feel like I might be friends with Danny for a long time. He also was, so nice, so cool, so honest, so willing to match me with the car I desired with no “used car salesman” shenanigans, just straight up honest, friendly, informative, sincere and accommodating. During my test drive, we actually had a serious, not about cars or a sale, conversation. Real life stuff, which was, in hindsight weird, but we immediately connected. I said to myself, “I want to buy a car from this guy,” and again, Danny never made it feel like I was just a sale, just two dudes working to find the right car. Danny said he was going to “beat up” Paul on the price of the car and get me more on my trade in, which I know is standard sales speak, but again, it didn’t feel that way. This car, which wasn’t even detailed yet because it was just turned in from a lease, was really a great match for my needs, but Danny and Paul made it seem even better. They just made me feel really special and assured me if this is the car I wanted they would make it work. Normally, I always attempt to take a car to my mechanic to get checked out independently, but they both assured me if anything was wrong with the car or not to my liking, they would fix it to my liking so when I finally left with the car it would feel brand new to me. Long story short, after eyeballing it for the first time, test driving it, working on fair trade-in value, financing terms and the other DMV paperwork and the rest of the small details that go into buying a car, I was in and out, in an hour and a half, with a new (to me) Acura MDX. An hour and a half. No lie! And I felt great about it! It was such a pleasant experience. I was literally smiling while talking to my wife on the cell on the ride home telling her about the experience. About 9 days later when I came to finally pick up my brand-spanking, new-to-me, freshly detailed, shiny, purring like a kitten car, with that new car scent, I was compelled to tell the GM of Rallye Acura, Joe Fillardo how much I appreciated the entire process. The big boss of Rallye Acura, Jay Rosenthal also went out of his way to welcome me to the Acura family and he promised me they would take care of me and my wife with this car. It was reassuring to know how many people made us feel special! Before I walked into Rallye Acura, I did some research on the car and the dealership and in the process found out my uncle had bought two of his five Acura’s from these guys years back and my uncle said, “if you can find buy a car from those guys, do it, because they will make you feel like a king. They’re honest, caring and so professional.” My uncle was spot on! The last layer of this review was Paul and Danny assuring me, Rallye Acura stands by their car. As this was someone else’s car before me, there were a few minor things that needed fixing, resetting, touching up or adjusting to make this feel like it was a new car again, at least a new car to me! Up to that point, all my dealing were with Paul and Danny, but then they both introduced me to their Service Manager Chad Tammaro, and the friendly, professional, comfortable service just continued. Again, another guy I knew had a job to do, but just connected with immediately. He assured me after talking to Paul and explaining the details of the little fixes, he would take care of anything and everything, to get all those little things up to par and make it feel like this is a new car. They took care of EVERYTHING willingly, professionally and so friendly and Chad said he was my guy going forward with the car. I have told this story to many people since I bought this MDX , my first Acura, and added, I can’t see myself buying another car in the future from anyone else, but Rallye Acura because of how great they have been to me and my wife from the first phone call inquiring about the specific car, through the purchase, to the minor fixes, to today. They said it, and absolutely followed through with all their promises of standing by their cars at Rallye. My advice, and I’m absolutely NOT being paid to say any of this, but go visit the fine people at Rallye and buy a car from them. You will feel great about it, as I did. They’re the best dealership I’ve EVER encountered. I love my “new” MDX. Glenn Petraitis More

A pleasure to buy from every step of the way I came in with some challenges but the team was up to the task and was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. The e-mail contact Robin knew I would need a little extra care ans set-up a VIP appt with the sales Manager Joe. He took the time and effort to work out a great deal on a really nice car. The Finance Manager Faith had all of the paperwork done and ready for pickup and a sales associate Danny walked me through the process and showed me around my new vehicle. I am looking forward to working with them all again in the future. More
