As good as they all were, you are head and shoulders above all of them and are the only one who, without any fanfare, really went above and beyond to deliver white glove, best in class service to us. A new car purchase is a significant investment and involves a lot of decisions and stressors and you smoothed and paved the way for us at every step. And, the car was delivered in brand new, pristine condition and Adrian, your Vehicle Specialist taught us how to use all the features of the Tech package thoroughly and was also service oriented and personable throughout. Joe, the Finance Manager was terrific too-very thorough and honorable as was Eileen, the first salesperson I exchanged emails with at your dealership. We couldn’t ask for more service, integrity, expertise or information from every one of you. This is our second new car purchase with Rallye Acura and, except to get information to negotiate with you, I don’t see any reason for us to buy a car (or recommend that anyone we know buy an Acura) from anyone else.
