I was so comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. He introduced me to staff and reassured me I was receiving top notch service. The MDX was detailed to a near new condition, clean and smelling great. A technician came out and assisted me to pair my phone and made sure I had the Acura App needed to make use of all features.
