Joe French and all the staff I encounter are always courteous, friendly, and professional. The waiting room is stocked with drinks and snacks and seating is very comfortable. Upon arriving at the dealership for my scheduled maintenance visit I was immediately helped by the service person. He checked my truck in and showed me to the customer waiting area. Many amenities were Available. In a very resonance amount of time my truck was serviced and ready to go. My coupon was honored and I paid my bill and off I went. This was an enjoyable experience. All the staff were very nice and cordial. I would highly recommend Klaben Ford and their service department!!! More
