Purchased vehicle from this dealership and had 90% service performed there. Personnel that I have been in contact with have been polite and courteous. (However) the personnel that you don’t see, (the service performed there. Personnel that I have been in contact with have been polite and courteous. (However) the personnel that you don’t see, (the ones performing the services) are the ones I can’t give high ratings to. I am an “old school “ individual, with some mechanical experience and some of the quality control mistakes that I have experienced, are not up to par with the representation of a top notch automotive dealership. True, management has compensated me for my concerns. However the lack of quality control, in my opinion, of the mechanics needs to be addressed and management has not convinced me otherwise. More
