4 weeks to fix/rebuild my Transmission still not right Took far too long to rebuild my transmission and the it still shifts poorly… takes forever to engage in drive and it’s like its stuck in Sport Mode. Took far too long to rebuild my transmission and the it still shifts poorly… takes forever to engage in drive and it’s like its stuck in Sport Mode. Monica from Service was pleasant and communicated on a regular basis during the 4 weeks. Joe on the other hand was over the top rude when I dropped the car off. Granted, it was on the wrong date, my mix-up. However the Transmission was failing (fell apart when disassembled) and my wife and daughter did need a safe vehicle to drive around. Tom was nice to deal with and pleasant and tried to ensure is was a good experience. Body shop was a good experience, Artie was pleasant and took care of things. However it did take a couple of visits to repair the leak, even so the best service I’ve experienced at this dealership. Other than that it was great, but I will be going elsewhere to have my escape Serviced. More
