First 5000 mile servicing and recall repair This was my first time to take my 2017 Ford Escape in for servicing, but it is my second Ford Escape. I love this car and the folks at Klaben Service This was my first time to take my 2017 Ford Escape in for servicing, but it is my second Ford Escape. I love this car and the folks at Klaben Service center keep it in top running condition for me. Joe French is who I usually see. He is friendly, efficient, thorough and very professional. My car was done on time and shiny clean. I got the Works Package as well as having a recall problem fixed. The service area is colorful with wall murals of the Kent area and it is always clean and neat. It gives me confidence that they will do the same with my car. More

One small detail was missed I go to Klaban for all of my service and oil change needs. I'm usually very pleased as I was with this service opportunity. However, this time the tec I go to Klaban for all of my service and oil change needs. I'm usually very pleased as I was with this service opportunity. However, this time the tech forgot to reset the "change oil soon" message. It wasn't on before I took it in for an oil change, however, it is now. I haven't had a chance to reset it myself. Not a big issue but details are always important. More

Works Oil Change I typically have really good experiences at Klaben in Kent. I bought my car there and go there regularly for oil changes and some services. That is ridiculous. I was on vacation that day and figured it would take 1 hour. I was almost late for my daughter's doctor appointment. I was very upset when I finally got my car back. More

Excellent service Klaben Ford is a great dealer. The customer service is excellent. The only challenge is that I have bought two new cars there that have had significan Klaben Ford is a great dealer. The customer service is excellent. The only challenge is that I have bought two new cars there that have had significant issues. A Ford Focus that had transmission problems from the start and now a Ford Escape that has engine problems at 30k miles. The dealer has gone way out of its way to deal with these problems. They are great... just a bummer that Ford is having issues with quality. More
