John Mekheil started to first help me in August when I decided to get a new 2017 Q60. John kept me up to date with emails and phone calls of when my car would arrive. When it did arrive John had the difficult task of workiing within my budget while trading in two cars. The owner Peter and Salea GM Joe worked to get my at a great payment. However, the professionalism, honesty and willingness to work with me in a very unique purchasing situation AMAZED ME! First off, to meet someone in the car sales industry with over 18 years with the SAME dealership SHOUTS...no wait...SCREAMS IN NEON LIGHTS that Steve Johnson is doing something RIGHT! He is definitely the buyers advocate AND was even willing to walk away from our deal until I was completely happy. The ENTIRE team was amazing to work with! Garrett Soderlund is very thorough and explained everything in full detail making me feel at ease. Andres Cordero is one of the most knowledgeable aftermarket and product specialists I have ever met. I saw online that Infiniti of Clarendon Hills had exactly the Enclave I wanted, exact colors, miles, condition and features. I drove from the NW suburbs specifically to see this car. Steve Johnson was my salesman and he was fantastic! He was honest, open and treated me with respect.
