This dealership lied about the car they had there and the price. I drove a long ways to get there. After agreeing on a price with The finance added what they call Phantom fees a hidden charge Tacked onto the price. I drove a long ways to get there. It refused to remove that charge said it goes with all their cars it was a charge of insurance that if I lost the car or stolen and it was never recovered I would receive $25000 for the vehicle Only if it is never found or recovered will I get that my. I did not want that insurance added on to the price of the car but they said it goes with all the cars it's a Phantom charge it's a dealer marked up this wasn't told to me over the phone before I drove quite a distance to get there I will never shop at this dealer again mark Christopher salesman are flat out liars I'll do anything to lie and make the sale be aware when you're go on finance when you start signing papers the price you read are with the salesman has a lot of hidden feeds you did not see Horrible and the manager went in there and he was just as bad manager's salesman they're all schisters. I'm a disabled veteran I'm reporting this to all my Fellow veterans back at the VA some of them already came across this dealer. They knew exactly what we were talking about I'm spreading the won't rip us off anymore of a disabled veterans. More

I have a new car with 4,000 miles on it. It needs to be in the shop for 2 to 3 days to repair. They do not have a loaner car and no rental cars on site.
