Had to unexpectedly do a trade with my truck, at night bad lighting i wonder why. the vehicle I was looking at was being detailed and service had already been done. After the fact checked oil and it was a bad lighting i wonder why. the vehicle I was looking at was being detailed and service had already been done. Next morning looked over the truck and Oh Boy what a disaster. 2 different types of tires. Dents though out truck. Shame on Mark Christopher Chevrolet. Will never use that place again. Originally there was a slight hiccup in communication on pricing between sales team members. However a few hours later I received a Call from Joe Gonzalez who was amazing. He had originally quoted one of pricing between sales team members. However a few hours later I received a Call from Joe Gonzalez who was amazing. He had originally quoted one of our management team a price on a vehicle a few days prior and honored it. Thankfully he followed up with us and we followed through on the sale. I would also like to mention Sam who completed all documents swiftly and had us out the door asap. Highly recommend working with both employees. Thank you for the positive experience. We will continue to use Joe on future vehicles for our fleet. More
