So I took my suburban today for an AC service 8am sharp was about the 9th car or so anyways I found out once they took it apart that my evap was leaking so they replaced it and had my car out in 3-4 hours was about the 9th car or so anyways I found out once they took it apart that my evap was leaking so they replaced it and had my car out in 3-4 hours which is standard for a busy times didn't mind at all ... I had asked one of the employees or management if there was fast food near by he continued to tell me it was about 1 mile away so I decided to stay and have vending machine snacks instead of walking in the heat .... then suddenly out of the blue the same guy showed up and brought me el pollo loco 2 burritos and a taco and some of my favorite green avocado salsa like he knew me or something anyways that act alone made me a customer for life this is my second car from them and more to come down the road .... not all hero's wear capes. My experience was bad at the beginning. The parts guy was awful with I needed to do from the start of arriving. My only support came from Nobu and his Superviser.
