Besides the fact that I walked in without an appointment, my service advisor, Mr. Joe Jimenez, went out of his way to get me in and out as fast as possible. Honestly this was a better experience than what i my service advisor, Mr. Joe Jimenez, went out of his way to get me in and out as fast as possible. Honestly this was a better experience than what i had expected. He also explained to me that he can accept the Emkay maintenance request so in the future i do not need to take it to Jiffy Lube or Firestone. I will in the future take my 2022 Chevrolet directly to you based on the experience i had with Mr. Jimenez. Thank you Joe. Raymond Joubran More
