I bought my F150 from Phil Long Ford and was happy with it overall. My new truck could have been washed better but it's okay. I did learn from this experience what to do and what not to do next time I buy it overall. My new truck could have been washed better but it's okay. I did learn from this experience what to do and what not to do next time I buy a vehicle especially in the finance department. You should always go line by line on the purchase agreement to make sure there aren't any surprises. I am still questioning one section on it but I guess I'll live with it. The salesman, Joe, was very friendly and helpful. My new truck also had a scratch on it that they said they could buff out but didn't. I did have a problem with the alarm but took it back to the service dept and they fixed it right away. I love my new truck and do highly recommend Phil Long Ford. More

Selling excellence in a different buying world When you think of purchasing a new car during this pandemic, one can't help but wonder how can we see a car while limiting exposure or unknowns. Phil When you think of purchasing a new car during this pandemic, one can't help but wonder how can we see a car while limiting exposure or unknowns. Phil Long has definitely gone above and beyond and found a way to deliver excellent customer service from: (1) video messages, (2) texts, (3) solo test drives, to (4) delivering your new car to your home. Highly recommend this dealership for any future vehicle purchases. More
