The last truck I bought was in 2013 and that experience and based on that experience I would have just as soon put off going to a dealer until I went to Phil Long. Along with Derrick there were others that were super helpful in providing information and assistance when needed. I'll definitely recommend Derrick and Phil Long to anyone that may be thinking about a new car. My Ranger was parked in my Drive the first afternoon and less that 10 minutes later my neighborhood was lookin and the interior and exterior and wants to take a short drive to see if he wants to replace his F150 with a Ranger. He's a past Phil Long customer and I gave him Derrick's card so if he doesn't already have a sales consultant I hope he'll contact Derrick. More

Joe Rocks! Service, Not So Much. I've been going to Joe Johnson for 2 years for my car purchases. He consistently treats me with the respect of a friend. I have nothing but praise f I've been going to Joe Johnson for 2 years for my car purchases. He consistently treats me with the respect of a friend. I have nothing but praise for him. The service department, however, as routinely taken more than one attempt at fixing issues on my truck. My Service Writer Don is amazing. It's the techs that leave a lot to be desired. Just this week I came in with an aweful noise that I thought was the turbo. After picking it up, I only had to drive ? of a mile to realize it was never driven to confirm the fix. It was only when the shop foreman got involved that the problem was identified. It took him 5 minutes and a $4 part to correct the problem. Take time to do it right once, or you'll waste time doing it twice - and piss off your bread and butter. More

Joe is one of the most phenomenal sales people - he was honest, cut to the chase, worked hard on our behalf to get the best deal possible and went above and beyond to help make sure our kids were entertained and happy (it can be a long day for two kids aged 5 and 7). There was no pressure to buy the first night we test drove, he really respected our desire to sleep on it. Once we came back, it was pedal to the metal to get us the right deal and out of there as quick as possible. I cannot say enough great things about Joe and everything he did for us! We are so happy with our new car and will definitely be a return customer to Joe and Phil Long! More
