I took my outback in for a seat belt recall. The service department could not have made it easier. I had my loaner in no time, they kept me updated with the progress and the job was finished ahe The service department could not have made it easier. If this is related to the installation of the remote starter, the service was exceptional, the folks I dealt with couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, and the amount of time I waited (in the ex starter, the service was exceptional, the folks I dealt with couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, and the amount of time I waited (in the extremely clean customer waiting area) for the work to be completed was very reasonable. Also, I had called up Justin Grant, my salesman, a week ago regarding my email address to make sure he had the correct one which he did. We talked for a short time and again he offered for me to call him at anytime if I needed any help with questions and for me to come down if I wanted him to show me different things about my new Forester. More
