My last service experience was excellent! I enjoy bringing my vehicle for service at Heiser because I know I'll be treated well. Joe Kuckuk and Dana Schilz especially have gone way above and I enjoy bringing my vehicle for service at Heiser because I know I'll be treated well. Joe Kuckuk and Dana Schilz especially have gone way above and beyond to take care of me and make good things happen. I enjoy being recognized and greeted by name when I arrive - I think that's important too. James Hicks, from whom I bought my car back in November of 2013, always stops by to say hello when I'm waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. All of these folks, and for that matter all your employees, make me feel like I'm part of the Heiser family! More

Nobody really cares The customer service atmosphere in the service department is really poor. First of all the attitudes of the people working are always bad and depress The customer service atmosphere in the service department is really poor. First of all the attitudes of the people working are always bad and depressing, but specifically I have been incredibly disappointed at how I've been treated for 2 reasons: First, when I bring up concerns about my vehicle, my concerns are either immediately brushed aside or met with an immediate demand for money - there is no consideration that maybe somebody should just take a look. Second, every concern I have had thus far with my vehicle has included an immediate request for money, when I bought the car at Heiser not long ago and was put through an exhaustive selling process to ultimately pay for the extended warranty which cost me close to $4,000. I remember being very skeptical about this "warranty" but I reassured over and over that it was "bumper to bumper" - that it covered everything on the car - and I was almost ridiculed for considering not purchasing it. When I finally did, I had peace of mind that everything that could go wrong on my car would be covered. Well since then I've had issues with alignment and issues with my backup camera. Both times I find out, NOPE! Warranty aint covering anything for you! That is deceitful, predatory sales and I am very disappointed in how this has been handled on a personal and professional level. More

It is very debatable if I will ever set foot on Heiser property. I feel that I was scammed. Came in for a free oil change. Left with a 3/4”screw and a 270 dollar tire. My Heiser Family I have been leasing cars from Heiser for over 20 years and over this period of time I have dealt with the same people in all areas. And they are terri I have been leasing cars from Heiser for over 20 years and over this period of time I have dealt with the same people in all areas. And they are terrific people. I always look forward to visiting Heiser Toyota because it is like visiting family. I always have the absolute best experience with their service department for routine maintenance - and it's quite amazing that all I have ever needed is routine maintenance. More
