He builds personal relationships with his customers and treats them with respect and appreciation. He goes above and beyond to accommodate his customers. I have never been disappointed. So much so all of my children have bought cars from Val. I can’t speak highly enough of him. He treats us all like family. It’s a tough act to follow given the difficult nature of the job. Buying a car can be an emotionally charged experience but Val makes it easy. Joe Macintosh is our go to client advisor. He is an amazing young man. He doesn’t engage in any high pressure sales tactics. He is responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and more than anything makes you comfortable with the whole process.
