In mid September 2024 I had my SL55 serviced. It was a brilliant experience. Everyone genuinely cared from the moment I arrived, through drop off, and the few days needed to perform all the tas It was a brilliant experience. I don't know all the Team in the background, but much of the follow through is orchestrated by Dawn D'Argenio. Dawn is a kind, warm, and knowledgeable communicator keeping me up to date on a regular schedule. She also made me aware of special savings that were available. This is the worst place ever, they can never take your car when you need them and never have loaners? This is the only place like this!!! BMW would never do this, I wish I had went to them for a car inste car when you need them and never have loaners? This is the only place like this!!! This is not the first time I have been turned away from them in the 8 months that I have had my Mercedes!!!! I can’t wait for my lease to be over so I can be done with this dealership!!! Also this car was a demo which had over 3000 miles on it. I am truly disgusted by this dealership. I will say Joe Natale was great when I went to buy the car obviously! More
