Excellent Customer Service This is the second purchase that I have made from Stingray Chevrolet. I just purchased a 2019 Gran Sport Corvette and traded in my 2015 Corvette. The folks at Stingray Chevrolet know how to make the car buying experience a friendly and simple process. You feel like a member of the family instead of just another customer. The dreaded paperwork process of making the purchase was so smooth with Sean handling everything! Their service department is what enticed me to get this new car after how well they took care of my previous car. And the donuts, coffee and cookies are pretty good too! More

Great experience Fast and friendly service. My car was in the body shop for repairs and they worked it in for an oil change while it was there so I didn’t have to brin Fast and friendly service. Professional Dealership Since I moved to Florida I go to this dealership to do my car oil change. Everybody here is very responsible and professional, so far I don't have any complaints to say. I hope the service they do continue to be as high as I expected so that way I'll continue coming here. I really like Mr. Joe Platt he is such a nice man and very kind. I reccomend this place for sure. Some dealerships mess up your car so that way you can keep going back to fix things, but this place never did that in my car that's another reason I come back here because I trust their service. More

Flat Tire I have a new 2019 Grand Sport Corvette. One day I woke up and one of the front tires was flat. I have run flats so the pressure only went down to 14 p I have a new 2019 Grand Sport Corvette. One day I woke up and one of the front tires was flat. I have run flats so the pressure only went down to 14 psi. I called StingRay and the operator forward my call to my service rep Joe. Joe explained how run flats work and encouraged me to put air in the tire and bring it in. Joe also explained that sometime runflats can't be repaired and that I might need a new tire. It so happened that the day I took my car in was the day the tire guy called in sick. Joe was so nice he arranged for a rental. The next day Joe called and informed me that was car was ready. He also informed me that I needed a new tire but that it was no charge because I had coverage. The whole process was smooth with the help of Joe. Thank you. More

The only issues were hooking up th Recently we purchased a new 2019 Equinox LT 1.5 turbo gas. From our sales guy to finance it was a great experience. The only issues were hooking up the XM radio and onstar. Both were somewhat involved but finally got worked out. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a good deal and very nice folks to trade with. More
