The Lexus dealer close to us didn't have the model we were looking for, so we extended our search radius. Living in Saint Charles, IL, we found it better to go west to Rockford than driving toward the ci were looking for, so we extended our search radius. Living in Saint Charles, IL, we found it better to go west to Rockford than driving toward the city. Anderson Toyota Lexus also had better inventory in this tight market. The sales Chris Beto and the manager Joe that we dealt with were sincere people, friendly and helpful. We purchased a new Lexus. Chris had it cleaned and detailed. The gas tank was full when the car was delivered to us. Chris helped us install the Lexus apps on our phone, and spent a good thirty minutes showing us how to operate the endless features on the big touch screen. Overall we had a pretty good experience with this dealer. In the future if we are to purchase another car, we'd consider going back. More
