Larry was excellent in helping me with placing the order for my vehicle while I was overseas and diligent in keeping me updated on the progress of the delivery. Michael fielded questions if Larry was on a test drive with another customer so there was no loss of communications. Joe was friendly and professional in helping me with my finance options and service selection. More

I recently purchased a new Kia Rio hatchback from Lou Fusz Kia. The entire experience was incredibly positive from start to finish. From the internet salesperson, Josh, who helped me set up a test drive, Fusz Kia. The entire experience was incredibly positive from start to finish. From the internet salesperson, Josh, who helped me set up a test drive, to my actual sales person, Larry, who was incredibly helpful during the whole process and showed me how to use all the cool technology in my new car, to Joe, the finance manager, who took the time to explain all my options, but did not pressure me into anything extra. They really do treat their customers like family and this is why I will continue to give my business to the Lou Fusz family of dealerships. More
