Great experience in getting my Telluride. The team at Lou Fusz Kia made the buying of my Telluride a great experience. There were no negative surprises or run-arounds. Larry was excellent in helping me with placing the order for my vehicle while I was overseas and diligent in keeping me updated on the progress of the delivery. Michael fielded questions if Larry was on a test drive with another customer so there was no loss of communications. Joe was friendly and professional in helping me with my finance options and service selection. More

I recently purchased a new Kia Rio hatchback from Lou Fusz Kia. The entire experience was incredibly positive from start to finish. From the internet salesperson, Josh, who helped me set up a test drive, Fusz Kia. The entire experience was incredibly positive from start to finish. From the internet salesperson, Josh, who helped me set up a test drive, to my actual sales person, Larry, who was incredibly helpful during the whole process and showed me how to use all the cool technology in my new car, to Joe, the finance manager, who took the time to explain all my options, but did not pressure me into anything extra. They really do treat their customers like family and this is why I will continue to give my business to the Lou Fusz family of dealerships. More

Seamless and easy purchase, great team! My wife and I just took delivery of a 2020 Telluride SX from Kris at Lou Fusz. We had to wait a few weeks for it to come in; Kris kept us informed. Andrew was great to work with Everyone at both dealerships very helpful. Had to decide between a Kia and Mazda having never owned a foreign car. Chose a Kia because the Mazda salesperson put down the Kia cars as being cheap. Not very good customer service on the Mazda side in my opinion especially when both dealerships are owned by the same dealer. Turned me off Mazda's totally after he did that. Andrew did not say a bad word about Mazda cars.Love my new Kia Sorento. Hoping for some snow so I can see how the AWD does in snow. More
