I was looking for a generic quote without details but he narrowed it down with good questions and he was able to provide me with some numbers. I shopped around and found his quote to be the best but didn’t think it would hold up once I got there to actually get a car go over everything. He was a man of his or word and we left with a car within an hour or so! Can’t say enough about Jake and the Finance Rep. Joe Shepard for the service, communication, and experience! More

Whereas we had never leased before, we had a lot of questions which Curtis answered with wonderful courtesy and made sure we had all of them answered. Better then my already high expectations. I don't write reviews for products and services (even on things I like) often so the fact that i'm doing so now says something about the quality of I don't write reviews for products and services (even on things I like) often so the fact that i'm doing so now says something about the quality of the experience I had at this dealership. I had done business with a Lou Fusz in the past and had a good experience but wasn't expecting anymore then that but to my surprise it ended up being one of the best retail/shopping experiences I've ever had. The Sales guy, Andrew Cohen, was polite, patient, and most important pretty down to earth which IMO is the best quality a salesman could have. Andrew explained the things I didn't understand in detail, gave great advise and input on purchase options, and I was given the information needed to make an informed purchase. When it came time to do the finance paper work I had expected to kinda go through the motions of doing such a task, but I did not expect to enjoy my time talking with my their finance guy who not only gave me all the information I need but also seemed like a cool guy. Long story short I would 100% recommend making a purchase here, in fact I already have to a few other people. More
