Service was GREAT, Joe Valente couldn't have been any nicer! BUT, was taken aback when Joe presented the Invoice of ~$60, for which I was very Surprised! Joe did his due-diligence and determined we boug nicer! BUT, was taken aback when Joe presented the Invoice of ~$60, for which I was very Surprised! Joe did his due-diligence and determined we bought an Ext. Warr. and NOT a Service Plan! I BLAME THIS TRAVESTY ON THE FINANCE MGR who kept us waiting for 4+ hours to sign the Final Paperwork on our new 2020 CRV-- By then, we were EXHAUSTED and just wanted to get outta there, so they MISLED US! NOT Salesman Jim Spinks fault- HE was GREAT; HOWEVER, I place the BLAME on the Bus.Mgr. SERVICE= GREAT! 👍😃😷 SALES= GREAT! 👍😃😷 SALES STRATEGY= 👎😡🤬 Hence, that's one of the reasons why I took my new business to Muller Honda in Gurnee! More

Service was good. Communication was good. Speed of repair was probably average (dropped on Friday morning, complete on Saturday by noon after overnight parts). Expensive. 46.00 for oil change … Honda in gurnee charges me 30.00 . And they wanted me to pay 160.00 to check a shake in my breaks .
