He helped to move the process of getting a new lease vehicle along and was very understanding of our conditions. The manager, Zubair Karim, on the other hand, did not listen when we said we did not have money to put down towards the lease. This made the process take longer as he had to go back and recalculate our deal since he had only calculated it with consideration of us putting money down on the car. He acted as if I was playing a bargaining game with him when I told him I did not have money to put down and questioned me several times about this. I found this very annoying as I just wanted to expedite the process and was not interested in playing games. More

Great! When I walked in I asked for Elyza. Elyza directed to me a saleswoman by the name of Sam. Sam was patient with me and inquired about what I was lookin When I walked in I asked for Elyza. Elyza directed to me a saleswoman by the name of Sam. Sam was patient with me and inquired about what I was looking for and what I absolutely had to have in my vehicle and what I could do without. We test drove 3 vehicles, which were all of the ones I had interest in. Once I made a decision Sam went and got Phil. Phil came in and began to run numbers after we spoke about what I wanted my price to look like. Upon his return he had an awesome deal for me with a great trade-in price, interest rate and payment and I was very pleased. I was able to walk out with a 2016 Camry that only had 103 miles on it and I was able to get the things that were most important to me. Kurt discussed how I would use my remote starter and explained in great detail. Zubir will be responsible for the install of my leather seats, I'm sure he will do a fantastic job. The last person I spoke with was Joe, he showed me how to use all the great features in my new Camry. At least I thought Joe would be the last person. I realized the next day that once I left I forgot to retrieve my things out of the glove box of the old vehicle. I called back and spoke with Cesar. When I arrived to pick them up, he placed them in a nice box for me. I appreciate the wonderful customer service I received at Oakbrook Toyota. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this dealership in the future. You guys do an amazing job! Keep up the good work and thank you again! More

It's easy to buy cars here.....at prices as good or better than anywhere else. As an experienced buyer, I give them my highest recommendation. More

Syed's total focus seemed to be to put us in the vehicle we wanted and that met our requirements. I have a particular problem with seat bolsters. Most cut the circulation off in my left leg. We advised Syed of that problem and the other parameters we wanted in a new vehicle. He said he had two that would work and either would have. We liked the Highlander best but wanted white. The sales team went to work and located a white one with everything we wanted. They have an electronics expert who trains you on all the electrical systems. Have owned the new Highlander for over three weeks and like more every day. Syed has checked back with me several times to be sure all is going well with the new car. Along with Syed all of the personnel at Oakbrood that we dealt with were outstanding. I will be back and will recommend this dealership to others. Bill Price More
