Upon arriving at the beautiful and spotless suburban dealership, Bill introduced me to Joe Vizzi, who listened, took me on a test-drive, and answered my questions. Bill, Joe and the vehicle sold me and within an hour I was on my way. I had some special needs, and Joe was very accommodating in allowing me to pick-up the vehicle the following week. When my son's 2001 Honda died, it looked like that time had arrived! The car drives great, and I love it! This is the second time in about a year that we have used Joe Vizzi to help us in the buying process. We spoke with Joe Vizzi who asked us very up front questions and was able to deliver on what he promised. He asked what we thought was a fair value for our trade in, and he was able to honor that value. He corresponded quickly over email, and two days later, we had a seamless visit at the dealer to pick up the vehicle. He took his time to explain everything and make sure we were happy. He also gave us a better financing rate than we were able to get through our bank. No nonsense, no sales tactics, just an efficient sales experience that got us what we needed. Thanks Joe! More
