Joe W. is wonderful and I love my Subaru!!!! I never ever thought I would buy a Subaru. I found myself unexpectedly in the market for a car when my engine died last week. I went to my usual go-to I never ever thought I would buy a Subaru. I found myself unexpectedly in the market for a car when my engine died last week. I went to my usual go-to, Volvo. After an extremely disappointing experience at the Volvo dealer (I won’t bore you with their name) I decided to widen my search and my horizons. After extensive research, Subaru kept coming back to the top of the list, and Garavel in particular had the best ratings. So I have it a shot. Joe W was so wonderful and knowledgeable and nice. I was in my car within one day. And I love the car, had an incredible experience and am thankful to Joe for making the process a pleasure. I have since recommended Garavel and Joe by name to a very good friend who’s looking for his next car. Thanks joe and Garavel! More

Ask for Joe and you'll get top notch customer service! Garavel Subaru was incredibly helpful and our salesman, Joe, made the experience as pleasant as could be. I inquired about a used Prius and Joe ha Garavel Subaru was incredibly helpful and our salesman, Joe, made the experience as pleasant as could be. I inquired about a used Prius and Joe handled all of my questions and worked with me on the price to get in my range. I came up from NYC and Joe picked up my wife and I at the train station and brought us to the dealership. From there, we took the car on a test drive and he answered more of my questions and walked us through everything we needed to know about the car and all the steps the dealership took to get it back on the market. Afterwards, we went through the paperwork and he gave us a gift before we hit the road. The next day Joe gave me a call to check in and make sure everything was okay with the car. And then, a week later we received a very nice thank you note in the mail...you don't see service like this too much these days. Especially for a used car, I was blown away. Thanks, Joe! More

It was resolved with a token $100 credit, but not before Logan, the used car sales manager, was so rude and abrupt with me and my wife that we almost walked out. I'd had a similar interaction with him a week earlier when I came in to talk about another car I saw online. I'm a local buyer and Garavel has a good local reputation, but I'll never go near them again for a used car as long as Logan works there and I'll advise family, friends and neighbors to do the same. He was unprofessional and soured an otherwise positive experience. I wrote to ownership about what happened and didn't hear back, so apparently this kind of behavior is okay with them. More
