The only negative was that we had an 11 a.m. appointment so we dropped off the car and planned to return when finished. We hadn’t heard anything for 3 hours so we called to check on progress. We were told they thought we would pick up at 5 p.m. so nothing had been done on the car. Fortunately, our car was moved up in the line and would be done in an hour and a half, which it was.
We should have made clear that we wanted it as if we were waiting in the facility. That was our fault. We assumed that since we had a set appointment, it would be done in a few hours.
Overall, happy with explanations and service.
