We had a great experience at the Infiniti in Hoffman Estates and Joel Gappa. We called ahead to set an appointment to see the 3 2020 QX60s that met our buying criteria. Once we arrived, he gave us printed information about their history and we test drove. Joel was very patient in our decision making. Once we were set on a QX60, Joel stayed with us while our purchasing papers were being processed. He told us great stories to entertain us while waiting. We were cash buyers, so the end process was pretty painless. We were out the door, happy customers! More

I originally went in early to service my current vehicle, though I was also in the market for an SUV/crossover. While wandering the showroom floor, Joel struck up a conversation, listened to what was importa though I was also in the market for an SUV/crossover. While wandering the showroom floor, Joel struck up a conversation, listened to what was important to me when it came to function, finance, and process - and he helped find a QX60 that had everything I wanted and needed. When it finally came time to talk numbers, Joel worked with Pat to quickly get to a place that I thought was fair, and they made the process as seamless, transparent, and painless as I think new car buying can be. Marcin worked with me in the finance office, which to me is usually the most painful part, but we got through everything quickly and I left feeling good about what we landed on. Overall 10/10 experience. More

I originally planned to look at & test drive SUV's other than Infinit as I had been driving my FX35 for almost 14 years. I loved my FX but thought it might be nice to check out something different so I test than Infinit as I had been driving my FX35 for almost 14 years. I loved my FX but thought it might be nice to check out something different so I test drove a Genesis GV70. The sales guys talked nice, but when they wrote up the paperwork for me to purchase, they turned on the pressure big time & I didn't trust them at all. I walked away from that deal. After I left the Genesis dealer, all I could think was, "I'm not looking any further so I'll go see Joel at Infiniti (Hoffman Estates)". Over the years, my husband & I had purchased 3 or 4 cars from Joel & he was exactly how I remembered him: Trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, safe, kind, patient, no shenanigans & always willing to spend whatever time I needed to feel comfortable with making the purchase. I love my new QX55 but the whole reason I made a bee line for Infiniti of Hoffman was to purchase my new car from Joel! He's the best! More
