Joel was great a great salesman, but found more issues with the car once I drove it for about a week. They were going to sell me a car with the "pulse" brakes when they didn't put it on. My father and I h with the car once I drove it for about a week. They were going to sell me a car with the "pulse" brakes when they didn't put it on. My father and I had to question the braking before we left and discovered we payed (without being asked to install it to my car) and it wasn't even installed on my car. We were there far too long than it should have been due to the finance department, but overall was a clean establishment. More

I had done my fair share of homework prior to going. I was a bit nervous about the games many car dealers play but was delightfully surprised to have dealt with Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. Joel Gappa was was a bit nervous about the games many car dealers play but was delightfully surprised to have dealt with Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. Joel Gappa was incredibly knowledgable, helpful and honest, Maria and Duane were incredibly friendly and Joe found me a great rate. With that said, I felt that Joe Vallejo attempted to pressure me way too much to purchase a superfluous warranty and seemed more like a used car salesman than the used car salesmen. For that reason, I'm giving him 2 stars. More
