I’d originally traded Manager: Chris Lehfeldt My service at Gateway the last few days working through my trade-in was nothing short of exceptional. I’d originally traded my 2020 Blazer in for something different- I really wanted to love my new vehicle, but I just didn’t. I came back in, spoke with Matt and Mike about my concerns, and by the end of the day, I’d gotten back into a newer Blazer and I felt SO MUCH better about my purchase. These guys went above and beyond what I was expecting, considering I’d made my decision and might have had to just deal with it. They made sure I left happy- and I was over the moon! Also - shout out to Joel McIntosh for running around out in the cold to find the garage door opener I left in the Trailblazer, and Tim Bonnet for the friendly service regarding some accessories I ordered! Thank you ALL!!! More
