He kept me informed and called me to come by when there would be an oppty to see some of the early released cars. I purchased my RDX and picked it up early last week after a few options were installed. Very happy with the service provided to me and with the car. Team was pleasant, informative, knowledgable, low pressure and responsive from sales with Paul through financing with Joey Andrews. Looking forward to getting service there in what looks to be a well appointed service waiting area. More

My only complaint and the reason i removed 1 start was that it was very busy on my car pick up day, and it took over 1 1/2 hours to complete a small amount of paperwork to complete the sale. This left me with very little time to get oriented in my new car. In my opinion, the paperwork should have taken 15 minutes, and I would have preferred to spend more time getting oriented with the cars features with Paul. More
