Dan Collins initially helped me by providing background on the vehicle, explaining the Jaguar pull-forward program to ease me out of my lease to my new vehicle, then Morgan Kin helped me with my financing concerns. My wife and I drove over to Fort Myers over the weekend where we were introduced to Joe D’Ambra. Joe went with us as we test drove the car, answered any of our specific questions and helped us with the paperwork to buy our new car. I can’t say enough about how personable and professional Joe D’Ambra was for the both of us. The entire process was very easy and straightforward and this was in no small part because of Joe D’Ambra. One week later, Joe has followed up with phone calls to inquire how everything is going for us, and has been eager to explain the various features on the E-Pace to us. The sales team there is fantastic and very knowledgeable compared with the Land Rover dealerships here in my home town of Miami.
