Excellence & Professionalism I purchased my first Audi in September of 1999 from Audi Naples. Since then, my family has leased or purchased nine other Audi vehicles. We have alway I purchased my first Audi in September of 1999 from Audi Naples. Since then, my family has leased or purchased nine other Audi vehicles. We have always had them serviced at Audi Naples. I have witnessed the growth and evolution of the service department first hand for twenty years. In the most recent years, Justin and Joey have been my primary service advisors. I trust them like family to ensure the safe operation of the cars. Maintaining the car according to Audi schedule is important. I believe if you follow the advice provided you can extend the life of the car virtually as long as you want. Being able to schedule the service online, over the phone or now even getting texts is a big time savings. Getting in and out is very efficient. Although this review is focused on service, I'd also like to say that I have been dealing with Troy in the purchasing and lease process for a very long time who is also an A+ gentleman and friend. Audi to me means commitment to excellence and professionalism. More

During delivery/orientation I had a number of car racks that had to be switched to the new car and he handled those personally and also made use I got a full tour of the electronics.
