Great Customer Service & Integrity Henry Garcia and the service management team (Chris Calhoun) at Audi Naples did an awesome job repairing my 2018 Q5 returning the car in brand new lik Henry Garcia and the service management team (Chris Calhoun) at Audi Naples did an awesome job repairing my 2018 Q5 returning the car in brand new like condition. In addition, I was in and out of the service center with a Loaner Car in a under 10 minutes. I used to dread having my cat serviced but not now. My wife and I have two Audis and look forward to doing business with Audi Naples in the future. More

Ali Taqi Ali was very proactive during both the sales and the delivery/orientation processes. I wasn't ready to buy immediately because of business timing req Ali was very proactive during both the sales and the delivery/orientation processes. I wasn't ready to buy immediately because of business timing requirements and Ali stayed in touch very professionally without being pushy. During delivery/orientation I had a number of car racks that had to be switched to the new car and he handled those personally and also made use I got a full tour of the electronics. I would certainly use Ali again. More

Great Customer Appreciation In 2018 we bought two new Audi's from Naples Audi. A Q7 earlier this year, and S5 last month. Our sales rep was Jason Giardina for both cars. Jason is very knowledgeable, experienced and went the extra mile to explain the operation of the car. There was no pressure to buy. He introduced us to our service rep and gave us a fair price. He was always available by phone and answered all our questions. The next time we buy a car we will call Jason at Audi Naples. The other employees are friendly and there is an overall positive attitude in the dealership. These cars are advanced in technology. Chuck Collett came to our home and programmed our garage doors to the car and explained all the details. He is a delight to work with as he knows his stuff and has a positive attitude. They go the extra mile and it shows. More
