The appointment started out well. Joey was pleasant and said he’d call me. Throughout the day I didn’t get a single phone call. I told him I’d bring the loaner back after 6pm. When I got off work and came back to the dealer at 7pm. My car was completely unlocked and didn’t look like it had been washed. The guys inside didn’t know whether my car was finished. They asked me and I told them I have no idea as I hadn’t received any calls. One of the guys called Joey to determine if the car was done. They still seemed unsure but then told me about recommendations. I left frustrated because not only was my car unlocked and items could’ve been stolen but my car was not complete and I had no clue what else was needed. I called Joey Saturday morning an expressed my concern with customer service and lack of communication. He did not take accountability nor did he apologize for the lack of communication. He stated he would call today about the car washing. However, I have not received a call and it’s 6:35pm. More
