They sold me on a wheel alignment on my car that was 6mouths old. Then went back 4 months later and they said my wheel alignment was off until they say that they already got me earlier so then they said 6mouths old. The staff is amazing. Tim, Matt and Joseph R are all stars from sales, marketing/finance and service. We went to other dealerships closer to home, but went back to them to Tim, Matt and Joseph R are all stars from sales, marketing/finance and service. We went to other dealerships closer to home, but went back to them to get my car because of their customer service, car knowledge and friendliness. They have been so helpful even after the purchase as I navigate learning my new electric ZDX. More

I don’t know where to begin. First I think the service advisors should have some mechanical background, experience or something. Took the car in for the fuel pump recall and First I think the service advisors should have some mechanical background, experience or something. Took the car in for the fuel pump recall and noise coming from the high pressure fuel pump. They did the recall and said everything was good, noise is gone… I go and and start the car the high pressure fuel pump is making the same noise. I leave the car for them to diagnose the problem after I pinpointed the problem from the time I dropped the car off but I don’t work for Acura so i don’t know what I’m talking about. I then get a call saying I have an exhaust leak my rear resonator is leaking. Which is a lie I have no exhaust leak no hole in my resonator. So I took my car and made an appointment at Bayshore Acura. Got the high pressure fuel pump taken care of. They even checked for a mystery exhaust Leak Danny at island Acura stated I had. Misdiagnosed and i asked if I pay to change the $1800 mid pipe and that doesn’t fix the noise what happens next? I got an answer of “I don’t know” what kind of service is that? Definitely not 5 star! Everytime I took my car to Island Acura I always had to bring it back. This last visit made it official I will NEVER go to Island Acura ever again. I will travel 40mins out of my way to get my car serviced at Acura of Bayshore Probably will never buy another Acura More
